The Sierra Vista Dream Center and Sierra Vista 1st Church have joined forces with leading community organizations to bring essential healthcare services directly to Cochise County.
Through our mobile outreach program, we're working alongside Women's Health Coalition of Arizona, Latinos Unidos de Arizona LLC, Carmichael Elementary School, Deltas of Southern Arizona, Sarver Heart Center, Community Coalition for Heart Health, Women with Purpose, Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, and United Way of Sierra Vista and Cochise County. Together, we're breaking down barriers to healthcare access by providing education and resources focused on healthcare navigation, nutrition, and wellness.
Our coalition specifically serves low-income and underserved women and families throughout Cochise County who have limited access to preventative healthcare services. Through this collaborative effort, we aim to empower our community members with vital health information and connect them with essential services they need to thrive.
